SPR# PFOS4MLM68 - When changing a repeat time interval, the calculation was incorrectly increasing the time by 1 day. This fix will stop that from happening.

Problem:
This problem was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering, and was addressed in
Notes 5.0.7 Client and Domino 5.0.7 Server.Supporting Information:
Steps To Reproduce Problem:
1. In your Notes R5 Calendar, create a meeting invitation or appointment; set
the 'Begins' field to 2:00 PM and set the 'Ends' field to 3:30 PM.
2. Save and close/send the entry.
3. Open the invitation or appointment, and move the start time one half hour
forward. In this example, change the 'Begins' setting from 2:00 PM to 2:30
PM. Note that the 'Ends' time automatically changes to 5:30 PM instead of 4:30
PM.
